2. How is the quality of your products?
Our product quality is good relatively to many our rivals. Around 70% of our products are the same as the photos, other 30% imitate from fashion magazines.
Our products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market.
3. How is your size, do you carry special sizes?
For all the premium dresses, you can customize the size of the dress by providing your detail sizes on the remarks of your order, such as bust, waist, hips line, length of the dress, etc. To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have Size chart for you.
4. Is all your products immediately available?
All styles in our site are available when we upload it. But if you choose to customize your dress, we will take 7 to 10 days to produce it. For the standard size, we will take about 3 days for us to get them from our factory.
5. Is your merchandise used?
No, all our products are fresh new.
6. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about it, but for Hot-sale styles, we’ll restock quickly.
7. What’s T/C material?
It’s mixed material of Cotton and Polyester. Usually it’s 35% cotton and 65% Polyester.
